About Us
Welcome to Poppins Australian Labradoodles!
We (Leslie and Rick) are in-home breeders of authentic Australian Labradoodles based in Woodlawn, VA. Together we have been breeding Australian Labradoodles for more than five years. We fell in love with the Australian Labradoodle breed at first sight. I (Leslie) got my start breeding horses and have always loved working with animals. In additon to running our farm with a garden, horses and buildings to maintain, I (Leslie) work as a bookkeeper and Rick is a handyman and can build anything. We met more than ten years ago and enjoy working together on the farm and breeding program. All of our Labradoodles come with a two year Health Warranty.
Meet Moose
Moose was our very first puppy. He was from Sadie’s litter and was the first dog to be born and bred by us.
Guardian Program
All of our dogs live with us or in a guardian home.
The Australian Labradoodle has been bred since the late eighties as an allergy friendly service and therapy dog. These dogs are wonderful companion that enjoys being by "their" people. These dogs are not meant to be stuck away in a kennel and our guardian program ensures this. All of our dogs currently have a guardian home.
